Lena was born in Basile, LA on October 20, 1926 to Elridge Colligan and Aline Veronie Colligan. She was called to her Heavenly Father on January 4, 2021. Lena was a wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose greatest pleasure came from her love for her family. She loved to cook, sew, and spend time with all her family. Her kind, caring actions and words taught all who knew her the definitions of love and family. Lena is survived by two sons, Rickie Deshotel (Lorraine), & Michael Deshotel (Valarie); five grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren. Lena now rejoices in Heaven with her parents, Elridge & Aline Colligan; her husband, Cline LeBlue; two sons, Ronnie & Bobby Deshotel; two sisters, June Bertrand & Stella Daigle. A Mass of Christian burial for Lena C. LeBlue, 94 of Jennings, LA will be held at St. Jules Catholic Church on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at 3:30 PM with Father LaFleur officiating. Lena will be laid to rest in St. Jules/Tee Mamou Cemetery.
